Caption title, preceded by a line of ornamental type.; A collection of documents, exchanged between the Executive Government ("Gobierno Executivo") and the Protective Committee ("Junta Conservadora"), dated Buenos Ayres, 30 Sept. 1811 - 7 Nov. 1811. The most important of these documents is: "Reglamento." , a kind of provisional constitution, dated 22 Oct. 1811 (p. 4-8). The last paragraph on p. 12 is added in a different typeface, and the lines are not well adjusted. It announces the dissolution of the Junta Conservadora.; Signatures: [1]⁴ 2²
