Graham, speaker.; "An address to His Excellency Collonel Slaughter", pages 22-23, dated and signed: Ja. Graham, speaker. April 17. 1691.; "At the court at White-Hall the 17th of March 1691. Present the Queens most Excelent Majesty in Council", pages 23-24, signed: Rich. Collinge, and regards the returning of the etates of Jacob Leisler and Jacob Milbourn, deceased, to their families.; Signatures: A-C⁴ (A1 verso blank).; Errors in pagng: page 19 misnumbered 13.; Woodcut printer's ornaments on title page.
