Semiannual issue, published on the occasion of the Frankfurt Michaelmas fair of 1757.; This periodical, issued twice annually for the Frankfurt Easter and Michaelmas fairs, is known to have been published since 1590. It is generally cited under title "Relationes semestrales" and was founded by Conrad Lautenbach. The title of single issues changed frequently durings its long run from 1590 to 1750; one typical title is: Relationis historicae semestralis vernalis [or: autumnalis] continuatio. Jacobi Franci Historische Beschreibung der denckwürdigsten Geschichten, ... Since 1751 published under the present title, continuing until the early years of the 19th century (latest date mentioned is 1805); "Von americanischen Geschichten", p. 102-104, discusses the French and Indian War, the Spanish West Indies, and the English in Jamaica.; Signatures: A-O⁴; Title page printed in red and black; woodcut coat of arms of the Holy Roman Emperor on title page; head and tail pieces.
