An allegorical figure of America as a woman in Classical dress standing on a wolf's head between two pillars bearing medallion portraits of Benjamin Franklin and George Washington. Includes a cornucopia, caduceus, lyre, lightning bolts, and staff with Phrygian cap (liberty cap).
