Right part of a two-sheet view of the town of Bridgetown in Barbados. Built environment includes dwellings, ships, boats, fortifications, church, and windmills. Includes a decorative dedication to Colonel Francis Russell, governor of Barbados, and a small inset of a plan of Bridgetown. Items in image are identified by name.
This engraving was the first large panoramic view of an English colony in America. Title in brackets supplied from the left part of this two-sheet view.
