notes:
Text describes the practices of the natives of Mexico.Theodor de Bry and his sons issued a series of books on voyages to America in fifteen parts between 1590 and 1634. In 1631, Gottfried (a printer who had worked on the de Bry volumes) issued this one-volume condensation of all the voyages. He reused many of the original plates from the original volumes, but supplemented them with new ones.
