A monk kneels before a vision of the Virgin Mary wearing a crown and surrounded by angels. Before him stands a basket filled with bread [?]. Surrounding the Classical aedicule are scenes from his life including scene of him feeding the religious in the convent and feeding the poor of Lima. Also includes ship, devil or demon, coat of arms, deathbed, burial, and fire scene.
