View of a rocky promontory with two figures standing in a cave. Writing on verso reads: "Rocky Cavern, near Sugar Loaf Mountain." Sugar Loaf mountain, present day Steins Peak, was where Bartlett sheltered during a thunderstorm (described in Personal Narrative, vol. 1, p. 367).
