Narrative description:
Investment schemes. [The chevalier of the Golden Calf, or captain of the early and late time of slaughtering, in procession to the Oracle of Delphos.] A hunched-back man rides a calf who wears a laurel [a reference to John Law of Lauriston] wreath. The calf pulls a sledge with casks, tobacco rolls, barrels, a box with a peacock and a man with a bellows and walks past an altar. Includes men playing musical instruments such as a drum and horn, a unicorn, a stork tries to catch a rat, a woman representing fame falls towards the ground dropping a horn and her laurel wreath.
