Plan of the proposed fortified town of Azilia. At the center is a castle surrounded by farms and four quadrants with horses, cows, sheep, and deer. Includes scenes of hunting and herding. Also includes coat of arms, dwellings, and cannons.

Montgomery proposed the creation of a colony between the Savannah and the Altamaha rivers to act as a buffer for the English colonies to the Spanish in the south and the French from the west. Montgomery took the name of his margravate (or small colony) from the name of a Mesolithic European culture.
